Disappointing- wouldn’t return or recommend

Clean fridge and clean working cooker. Spacious apartment. Easy check-in with clear instructions.

Beds looked unmade as if someone had just slept in them. Only 3 dinner plates (one chipped); a dirty wine glass in the sink and no glasses for water. On a noisy busy road so noisy when windows open.

The flat is spacious and convenient. Easy self check-in and well equipped kitchen. Lidl nearby. Free parking on the street. Our family had a great stay. However some extra towels would have been great for our one week stay as there was one big towel for each of us only.

The TV

Lack of furniture, not clean at all, location was not good. The whole building was in disrepair, the garden was unusable as it was so overgrown, doors were removed leaving the hinges on the surround. Front door damaged where it has previously been kicked in. Did not feel safe. Kitchen surfaces and cupboards and drawers were not clean so did not use anything in the kitchen.

Excellent value for the money.

Located close to the highway, and with walking distance to a big supermarket (Lidl) and bakeries. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfy bed, fresh towels and linens. Excellent WIFI. Friendly host, who came to meet us to give us the keys. Perfect for a sleepover on the way to Italy, to break the journey.

The street is quite busy, and you have to park in the street, BUT parking is available and free. Once inside you don’t hear any noise of the passing traffic outside.

Mulhouse is not my favorite city in Alsace, frankly, but this apartment helped make it pleasant.

The space, privacy, and a well equipped kitchen for gastronomic in-house feats. A clean roomy apartment, tastefully minimalistic in furnishings, superb value for money.

We only stayed for one night and arrived late and left early. Never met the owners (self check-in). The appartment is very spatious, super clean and has everything you need for your stay. Super equipped kitchen (which we did not really use), great shower. Easy parking just outside of the house. Very good experience.

Good for a one night's stay

An easy to locate, clean and spacious 1st floor apartment. No problem with (free) public parking on both sides of the one way road in front of the building (can even watch over our car from the living room+bedroom windows. We received access codes upon booking confirmation, so owner does not need to be present. (To the building door code access instructions, please add * which is essential to open the main building door.) It was quiet on our one night's stay. Also happy to say the warm water shower works. Has a full equiped kitchen and a coffee machine. Glad to find a fridge with freezer needed for ice packs for our long onward home drive.

Cutlery is very sparten. There is one saucepan and 3 frying pans but no pot. Would be great to have some bowls, a pot, some oven ware and more than one kitchen towel.

Exceptional

Superb appartement, very clean, light and spacious. Clear and easy instructions on entering and leaving the appartement. Well equipped with all the usual appliances and Netflix and Prime are also included. Will definitely book it again when I am next in Mulhouse. Thank you once again to my host. I wish I knew your name 😜.

Very good stay in a nice, spacious and clean appartment.

We enjoyed the appartment, it was very clean and spacious. The was a coffee machine for breakfest coffee and kitchen where we could prepare everything for eating. The appartmetn is located quite near to the city center and no problem with parking area.

Correto para pasar unos días y sistema de calefacción perfecto indispensable con temperaturas tan frías.

Apartamento muy sencillo de acabados

Apartamento reformado en edificio de cierta antiguedad, sin ascensor, con acabados muy sencillos, a nivel de colchones, mobiliario y equipamento. La calefacción eléctrica y el agua caliente funcionaban muy bien. También el wifi.

Se anuncia con parking, lo que no es cierto. El edificio se encuentra en la entrada del pueblo, a unos 3 kms del centro, por lo que si hay, es facilidad para encontrar aparcamiento, pero en la calle. La situación también está alejada del centro, lo que te obliga a coger el coche para acercarnos al mismo.

Tout L’emplacement (rez-de-chaussée)la propreté odeur dans l’appartement(renfermé et tabac) Obliger d’aérer le soir quand on est arrivé. Cafard dont un de la taille d’un caillou. Je croyais qu’il y en avait qu’en Asie de cette taille ci.

L’odeur dans le bâtiment infecte. L’appartement était plus que brillant on avait l’impression de dormir dehors et un seul ventilateur pour 2 chambres . Impression d’avoir dormi sur une aire de repos

Nuit ultra bruyante

Les instructions d’arrivée n’étaient pas correctes. Heureusement, le propriétaire a décroché malgré l’heure tardive. On se voyait déjà devoir chercher autre chose… Les voisins du dessus étaient extrêmement bruyants : cris d’enfants et de parents, cavalcades sur le plancher bois… et ce jusqu’à au moins 3h du matin. Et chasse d’eau qui se déclenche seule, pour rajouter une couche au bruit ambiant…

Le bruit incessant venant de la rue même la nuit, la chaleur étouffante dans l'appartement car impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit côté rue, le volet de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas donc chaleur en plus la journée. Meuble salle de bain en mauvais état. Odeurs désagréables de renfermé et surtout de tabac froid, dans toutes les pièces, y compris dans les chambres. Pas de lustres, lampes grillées. Chasse d'eau qui se remplissait très très lentement. Photo cuisine ne correspondait pas à la réalité, notamment au niveau du réfrigérateur. Pas de tapis de bain dans la salle de bain

Apartamento pésimo con una falta de higiene increíble, tienes que estar agachado ya que es una mierda de ático en el que no hay wifi ni parking como dicen, te dan dos toallas para 5 días en nuestro caso, cuando te duchas al carecer de cortina o mampara se convierte eso en una piscina, y al no haber toallas pues a poner la ropa sucia en el suelo, la casa estaba asquerosa, nada de higiene, a las afueras del todo en un barrio marginal, sin servicios de nada, no es para nada un hotel ni nada que se le parezca, y si quieres más toallas a pagar, ni toalla de manos ni del suelo
