Great place for singles / couples. Miss Patricia was helpful and very accommodating (especially regarding the nightly time of my arrival). The apartment is very clean. You are pretty much under the roof , seventh floor , and the lift is available in case one does not want to use the staircase to keep fit.... =) Washing machine is a big plus and a great help ( the laundry items will be dry in less than a day ). The kitchen corner is very well organized. I`m like Pablo , the cold-blooded penguin ( one of the reasons I chose Malaga ) , so , there was no need for me to turn it on , but just in case you are a North Pole lover , a portable AC unit is also available. The location is also nice , 15 mins walk to the old center of the city and lots of shops nearby to get groceries & else. Hope I`ll find the time to visit you again , soon. Or even earlier ! Cheers.

For the price , location and quality ratio I could not really say ; and it would be just a fuss. The only practical issues I found was on the outside common areas : not being able to open the main door to the road using the button on the wall switch ; for a couple of times ( and my apologies , I forgot to mention to Patricia ) . Something I remedied anyway using the provided keys. Cheers.
