Spacious & authentic apartment by REMS

Apartment was clean and spacious, we had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. Apartment is self check-in based, which is great if u arrive late in Malaga. Costumer support is immpecable. They will help you with anything 24/7.

There is 400€ deposit you need to pay to have access to virtual keys. I paid the deposit on time and gained access, but on my last night, they somehow cancelled my transaction and I lost access to virtual keys. It was late at night so I wasn't very comfortable with that fact. Luckily they reacted quickly after I contacted them, but it wasn't a pleasant experience.

- 3 camere - posizione abbastanza comoda con supermarket vicino - appartamento completo di tutto ciò che serve, compreso lavastoviglie e lavatrice - molto luminosa

- viene chiesta una caparra decisamente alta che non viene specificata in maniera chiara al momento della prenotazione ma ti viene chiesta solamente poco prima del check in (se non la mandi non ti mandano i codici per accedere) - I codici per accedere sarebbero comodi se non fosse che se sfortunatamente ti si scarica il telefono, non puoi più entrare (entrambe le porte, sia quella del palazzo che quella dell’abitazione hanno un codice ma specialmente quella del palazzo si apre solo mediamente uno sblocco che si fa solamente tramite telefono)

El piso estupendo todo super limpio y ubicación muy buena a 20 minutos del centro andando pero un paseo agradable.Totalmente recomendable.

La entrada del edificio es algo antigua y no hace buena referencia a como se encuentra el piso.

Het was netjes ingericht

Er was geen nooduitgang. Het appartement zit op de 4e verdieping. Er is een trap naar beneden, boven zit een deur naar het dak, maar deze was op slot met een sleutel en er stonden allemaal spullen voor. Je kan niet via een raam naar buiten want dat ging direct recht naar beneden. Geen rookmelders. Dus in geval van brand op een lager gelegen verdieping ben je echt de Sjaak en is er geen enkele weg om te vluchten.
