Welcome to our beautiful beachfront unit on the 7th floor with stunning ocean views! This spacious and open layout offers a fully equipped kitchen, living, and dining room perfect for making unforgettable memories with family and friends. Take in the ocean breeze and panoramic views from the lovely L-shaped balcony, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your surroundings.
The unit features a family room with a TV and a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The main bedroom boasts a king-size bed made up of two twin sizes together, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. Additionally, there is a full bathroom and a half bathroom in the hallway.
Mar Azul is a gated beachfront condominium situated in Aguada, just a short 5-minute drive from Rincon. Guests can enjoy secure parking, swimming pool facilities, a `beach` volleyball court area, and a sitting and lounge area by the pool. The modern lobby facilities and direct access to the beach are sure to enhance your stay.
With many restaurants, bars, bakeries, and a pharmacy nearby, you`ll have plenty of options for dining and entertainment within reach. While a rental car is highly recommended for exploring the area, please keep in mind that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel, and treat the space with respect. Our team is available to assist you with any issues that may arise during your stay, but please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view!!! I spent a lot of time on the balcony just gazing at the ocean, mountains, and the sunsets. The pool is large and beautiful, and the nice beach is just steps from the condo. We spent a lot of time swimming in the pool and ocean, and walking the beach finding sea glass. There's also a volleyball court by the pool/ocean, and a nice covered patio/sitting area by the pool. Rincon is just a short drive away, with good restaurants, souvenirs and their festival in the plaza on Thursday nights. The condo was very clean. It has a large master bedroom with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. The bedrooms all had AC, with an option to leave the fan running throughout the night for white noise, which was nice. All of the rooms also had beautiful views of the ocean! Nice open living, dining and kitchen area, where we gathered in the evenings. All of the kitchen appliances you'll need, including a dishwasher, which was nice when we did most of our cooking/eating at the condo. The living area doesn't have AC, but it stayed very comfortable with the fans in the living room and kitchen. There's a covered parking spot, and the condo is very safe and secure. The host communicated well and was very responsive during our stay. I would highly recommend this condo, and we will be looking to book it again when we come back to beautiful Puerto Rico!

Everything here was amazing. From the views of the ocean the convenience of getting around to the overall experience. Definitely worth it and definitely recommend it to anyone.

The property was as advertised. Clean and spacious. Views from the balcony were stunning at sunset (and wonderful at sunrise). Property managers were friendly and responded quickly to any and all communications.The two twin beds pushed together to form a larger bed is not ideal but it also did not detract from the overall experience.The pool was clean and comfortable. Beach access was easy and the beach was clean. If you don't want to drive for your meals there are a couple of restaurants within a 15 minute walk on the beach. Guayabos Sea Breeze (and our server Carla) was our favorite go to for good food, ample servings, and friendly atmoshere. A good bakery is nearby and they also serve a limited lunch.You really need a car to visit this area as attractions, towns, etc are spread out and not easily accessible without a vehicle.If you want a wonderful area to visit and to relax then this is a great place to spend your time. We will return to the area and definitely stay in this unit when we return.

(THE GOOD) The view is most incredible!! The unit was very clean with towels in each bath and starter soaps along with coffee filters and a starter of coffee. Many different restaurants to choose from. (THE BAD) We arrived in the evening and getting through the gate was a hassle. We had to talk with 3 different people to gain access to the property. When we finally got to the room, we discovered the only rooms with A/C were the 2 BR's and the TV room. The living room, kitchen and dining room were NOT provided with A/C. This was not disclosed in the VRBO description, but I never asked either. The key fob that allows you access to the building and to the ocean did not work very well as you had told it and then move it and move it and hold it. NOT A VERY GOOD SYSTEM. There were also cameras in the condo that was not disclosed until you got there. These I covered during our stay. (VERY CREEPY) There were 2 lights in the hallway that could not be turned off which made sleeping a little difficult. Some of the pictures on VRBO are not accurate. One picture shows a BBQ grill on the deck, and it is not there. The king and queen beds are actually twin beds pushed together which leaves a gap in the center. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!! There were 2 internet networks, one we could never connect to after many attempts and the other was extremely slow. The TV in the TV room was password protected and we were not given a password. (This might have been caused by a previous guest)
