The Villa in Miradero

Welcome to your private retreat in beautiful Mayagüez! This spacious and family-friendly home offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway, whether you're visiting for vacation, work, or to explore Puerto Rico's stunning west coast.



Conveniently located in Mayagüez, the property is approximately 30 minutes from Rafael Hernández Airport (Borinquen Airport) in Aguadilla and within easy driving distance of some of Puerto Rico's most beautiful beaches. Enjoy day trips to the world-famous surfing beaches of Rincón, the crystal-clear waters and coastal attractions of Aguadilla, and the breathtaking beaches and natural wonders of Cabo Rojo, all about 30 minutes away.



The home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with its own air-conditioning unit, and two bedrooms also include ceiling fans for added comfort. The fully equipped oversized kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and includes an electric range, oven, microwave, cookware, utensils, and everything needed for your stay.



Enjoy the home's 2.5 bathrooms, dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer, and multiple outdoor spaces designed for relaxation. The property offers three private balconies overlooking the backyard, including:

• A balcony connected to the master bedroom

• A balcony adjacent to the game room

• A large balcony featuring a 6-person hot tub



Guests also have access to a front balcony and the entire front and backyard areas. The tropical backyard features banana and avocado trees and provides plenty of space to enjoy outdoor activities. A badminton set and mini-golf equipment are available for family fun and friendly competition.



Inside the garage, you'll find a full-size commercial pool table, creating the perfect space for entertainment and game nights.



Security Deposit

A refundable $500 USD security deposit is securely collected by Hospitable two days before check-in and automatically released two days after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements. This is not a cleaning fee and is fully refundable when the property is left in good condition



The entire street level space is yours to enjoy along with the front and back yards. There are two separate apartments under the house which are off limit as they are currently occupied.



We will provide you with a travel size guest supply of shampoo, conditioner, and soap for your first night. You should make the necessary arrangements to buy enough of these for the rest of your stay. The same thing applies for the coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil.

This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we ask all guests to help us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. Excessive noise, parties, events, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited at all times.



For the safety and comfort of everyone, smoking, vaping, illegal drug use, and excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted anywhere on or around the property.



When using the hot tub located on the upper balcony, all guests must wear appropriate swimwear at all times and should shower before getting into the hot tub. The balcony is visible from neighboring properties, and failure to wear proper attire may result in complaints and potential involvement of local authorities.



Please ensure that all members of your group understand and comply with these house rules. Any violation may result in immediate termination of your stay, removal from the property without refund, and involvement of law enforcement if necessary.



Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, equipment, or amenities during their stay. The cost of repairs, replacement, or additional cleaning resulting from damage or rule violations will be charged to the responsible guest.
