This newly renovated west corner unit is located directly on the beach at Calypso Resort – Tower 2, the most desirable tower at Calypso and the closest to Pier Park in Panama City Beach, Florida.
Prime Location at Calypso Resort
Calypso Resort consists of three towers:
Tower 3 is across the street and is not beachfront.
Tower 1 is beachfront but is farthest from Pier Park, and west corner views are obstructed by Tower 2.
Tower 2 (THIS UNIT) is beachfront, closest to Pier Park, and features a beachside pool with unobstructed westward views.
From the living room or balcony, enjoy panoramic views of:
The Gulf of Mexico
Pier Park and the pier
Fireworks shows
Ironman events
Volleyball tournaments
Parades and special events
Stunning sunsets stretching all the way to Destin
This location offers open beachfront all the way to the pier and is considered the best view and positioning at Calypso.

IMPORTANT BOOKING REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Minimum renter age: 25
The primary renter must stay at the unit
No one- or two-night stays
To help guests with smaller budgets, we do not require a seven-night minimum stay. However, one of the following must apply:
Your reservation must butt directly up to another existing reservation, OR
Your stay must leave a minimum three-night gap before or after your reservation
If this requirement is not met, the reservation will be canceled. We cannot leave unbookable nights in between stays to accommodate a reservation.
Please do not request to book if you cannot meet this requirement.
Construction Notice
Calypso Resort is scheduled to undergo onsite construction beginning December 2025 (winter season). Guests may experience intermittent construction noise during this time.

Awesome condo for our 6 adults and 2 kids family. Nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We just stayed 1 night on the beginning of our 30A trip and it was perfect. The view was stunning. The front bedroom had a slider that opened the the balcony so we slept to the sound of the waves crashing in.

409W is an excellent stay with all beach views from every window and easy access to Pier Park shopping, eateries, and entertainment. All rooms were clean, well decorated, and contained anything you would need for comfort and that feeling of home. Every room had additional plugs/outlets with night lights throughout to see in the dark without disturbing others. Definitely recommend staying here and hope to return again for another stay. Thanks for making the stay pleasant and non-stressful!

Nice corner view as marketed. Very friendly and easy to work with on reservations and parking passes. Response time was awesome when communicating. Walking distance for restaurants and activities.

The location of this property was perfect, walking distance to Pier Park. The condo was nice but it is on the small side for having 7 people. Not enough seating in the living room for all 7 of us. Let’s talk about the mattress in each of the bedrooms they were horrible. The pullout couch was more comfortable than the beds. I feel for the price that we paid for the condo the beds should have been better.
The communication with the owner was great and check in and checking out was seamless.
