Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Condo was great and just as pictured. We had lots of space. The third bedroom was on the smaller side and but worked out just fine. There were baby items available like a high chair and pack and play that was so convenient for us. We had an overall excellent time here!

The location of the condominium was wonderful. Exactly as listed, beachfront. Easy walk. The elevator was a nightmare. People pressing buttons, closing doors in your face with plenty of room still available. Waiting 10 minutes or longer for another trip up or down.
In summary, the GOOD:
-Awesome location.
-Beautiful furniture and updated decor.
-Televisions in every room, with access to streaming sites such as Netflix and Disney+.
-Plenty of towels, extra sheets, and bedding.
-Easy check in process.
The not so good:
-The cleaning service needs to be fired. No dramatics here, the place was a mess. Forget Covid19, this is just called basic cleanliness. There were Busch beer cans under beds. Mounds of dust, lint, trash, hair, zippers, you name it...we found it. There was hair all in the showers. Thank goodness we came prepared, with our own cleaning supplies and scrubbed everything down. But you don't expect to have to sweep, mop, clean bathrooms..before you spend your first night in the room.
-On our second day here, we were all resting and taking a break, inside the condo. We jump up to sudden banging on the door. A 300 pound "security" guy, wearing a stained shirt about 4 sizes too small, is standing there. He proceeds to threaten my fiancé, stating there was ice being thrown from our balcony into the pool area below. We informed him there had been no such activity from OUR unit and he needed to check his cameras. Our 7 year old daughter had been inside with us, or supervised with one of us sitting with her on the balcony, no more than 5 minutes. Oh and the alleged ice that was being thrown? (There wasn't even any ice in our machine. We waited 2 days for it to finally produce enough to fill a glass.) The unnamed "security" (we will just refer to him as Paul Blart for identification purposes), he threatened us saying 5 families had told him about the incident and he WOULD be getting to the bottom of it and watching the footage. We told him to go ahead and we would be waiting on a lengthy apology when he was wrong. Never heard from him again. We called all evening, the next day..talked to 2 different guys who had no idea who it was that came and disturbed us, but they watched the tapes themselves and found nothing at all. Shocker! Was this guy even security? Was he some lunatic who stole a uniform and played "cop for a day"? Needless to say, not sure if I'd stay here again.
