Localização maravilhosa, acesso fácil.
Água quente termina rápido (para uma família com 4 pessoas - tínhamos que revezar os horários de banho). Cozinha extremamente compacta, com poucos utensílios. Não tem secadora de roupas. A separação do box do banheiro para o dormitório era apenas com um vidro, com pouca privacidade.
