Fantastic stay at vista del mar, beautiful modern house, private grounds and very clean facilities.

Breathtaking views, comfortable stay!

Vista Del Mar is located within walking distance to most everything. Most importantly, the representative photos of the property are accurate. The view is yours from a three levels of the home. The home is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. Lisa was exceptional at getting us both checked in and checked out. We will definitely be coming back.

All in all a pleasant visit

The Villa was spacious as described in the information. The area is quiet and only a 700 metre walk to Miramar and lively area - Great to have three bathrooms - the main reason we chose this property travelling with another person who preferred her own bathroom. Plenty of balconies and a good sized top level sun area. Lisa was kind to arrange a couple of bottles of Wine on arrival as our plane did not land till late in the evening and Supermarkets might not be open

I thought the main bedroom was fine as it had a double bed - however the duvets were two single ones. The second double room was actually a fold out bed which for the grandeur of the Villa was a bit of a let down

Lisa met us at the property and was very accommodating. Communication prior to arrival and during our stay was excellent. Nice quiet location, 10 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to supermarket uphill on the way back so occasionally used taxi 4 - 6 euros. Will definitely return. Thank you once again.

A fabulous weeks stay in a lovely new & modern property.

Lisa met us at the property to hand over the keys. The property was new, in a excellent condition & very well cleaned. Everything you could need was supplied.

If I’m being really fussy maybe the pillows could have been a bit bigger, but I got used to it.

Building work next door was horrendous Surely all owners must be made aware of ongoing building works on the complex. Poor A/C in bedrooms Only 2 sun beds for 3 people No furniture on 3 out of 5 balcony/terrace areas Bad drain smells in bathrooms No beds beside pool Horrible sewage smell beside pool Gym only half completed

Amazing house, great comfort - will highly reccomend, even if we had a few negative experiences

Amazing house, great view, comfortable beds, and great facilities. Nice and quiet gated community.

A small corner of the cooking top was broken, and we noticed a few hours after checking in, when we where making dinner. I let them know straight away, and her husband came to take pictures the next day. When he was taking pictures, he pulled off that little corner (it was previously broken, but still attached to this rubberband/rubber lining underneath). After he pulled it off, it was just a loose corner laying there, and when reaching for the kitchen towel one day, the corner accidently came flying out and smashed in a thousand pieces on the kitchen floor. Again I messaged them straight away to let them know, but she stopped replying to my messages after that. We felt like she was blaming us for breaking the cooking top. It was allready broken when we got there! We only smashed that little piece that was still attached when we reported it, but her husband pulled it off and made it a loose piece. It was doomed to happen just laying there loose. The owners were angry and unpleasant towards my parents in law when checking out just because we accidently broke a glass, and my mother in law had some miscoloured to one of her white towels. They charged €20 for damages, which was fine, we just reacted to the way they acted towards them, roaming around the house trying to find damages, as if we had been a crazy party-house. We travelled with our 9 month old baby and my in-laws. The pool area is a little small, which was fine and we didn't mind as there were not that many people using it. There were 4 umbrellas, and we usually used 2 of them, as 4 adults and 1 baby can not physically fit under one umbrella. We also had our baby sleep his nap in the shadow under the roof where the toilets are (not blocking any doors). A few days after we arrived, someone had hung a note in the entrance of the pool, saying each family are only allowed to use one umbrella, and that "personal belongings" are not allowed by the toilets.

There could be more than one key for guests, though there was an outside box for restoring it…

Fabulous

The two of us spent 1.5 weeks in this holiday home. The house is spacious, very modern and yet comfortably furnished. The roof terrace is simply breathtaking and we also loved the breakfast terrace with sea view. The kitchen equipment is very good from our point of view. The reception and service by the manager Lisa was also very warm. The location of the house is very convenient from our point of view, with only 10 minutes walking distance to the next big supermarket and to the beach. We can highly recommend the holiday home and look forward to returning one day.

Perfect to spent your Holiday

A very warm welkom and flexible attitude regarding the time for check in/out. Apartment is located om a hill and giving a great sea view. The beach and Boulevard with shops en restaurants can be reached within a 10 minutes walk. Apartment has its own closed parking space. The roof terrace is large and equipped with a corner sofa and sun loungers. Adjacent to the living room is a balcony with table and chairs so that you can eat outside. Large shopping center with a Carrefour within walking distance via a landscaped path with steps between trees and greenery. Due to its location near the A-7, accessibility is perfect and you can easily set out for a day trip to one of the beautiful places in the area

Luxury apartment

Everything was super. The beach is close to the house. Miramar shopping center is 700 meters by walk. Beach is very nice. The accomodation is comfortable and has everything what you need. And pool is about 20 meters from house.

Perfecte plek voor een fijne gezinsvakantie met kleine kinderen

De faciliteiten van het complex waren top! We hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van de goed uitgeruste gym. We genoten van het uitzicht en van het strand en het winkelcentrum op wandelafstand.

In het babybed ontbrak een volwaardige matras.

A refaire sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa ! Le cadre est splendide, très calme et parfaitement entretenu. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, les espaces extérieurs et le confort des chambres. L’hôte a été très réactif, accueillant et attentionné du début à la fin. Un endroit idéal pour se détendre en famille ou entre amis. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Un séjour agréable dans une maison confortable, idéalement située près de la mer.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de la maison, proche de la plage et des commerces. La maison était propre, bien équipée et très confortable. Le quartier est calme et agréable, parfait pour se détendre. L'accueil a également été chaleureux et professionnel.

Das Haus war sauber. Schöner Ausblick.

Pool und Sauna waren geschlossen. Laut Besitzer sollte der Pool zeitnah geöffnet werden, allerdings gab es Aushänge auf dem Gelände auf denen stand, dass beides für längere Zeit geschlossen bleibt. Nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig. Nach drei Tagen haben wir uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Das Haus ist generell nicht für Kinder geeignet. Die Balkongeländer sind nur halbhoch und die Treppen sehr steil. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist auf den ersten Blick schön, allerdings wenig funktional und eher billig. Nichts was man bei einem Haus dieser Preisklasse erwarten würde. Die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Nachdem wir dank der Unterstützung von booking.com geklärt hatten, dass wir das Haus frühzeitig verlassen, war das Personal sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Die Dame erschien ohne Entschuldigung über eine Stunde zu spät zur Übergabe.

Très belle villa avec vue imprenable, parking exclusif, très bien équipée. Résidence très calme avec piscine, salle de sport, etc. Plage à quelques minutes à pied. Très adaptée pour voyage en famille.
