Hotel Olivò

The owner Maria was fantastic and very obliging. She helped me a lot with taxis when she knew that I do not speak Italian and helped me translate a few things. She was very obliging and gave a 3 bottles of water for free during the hot weather. I really appreciate her help. In addition, the room was very good value and had a perfectly working air conditioning unit and a fridge which was much needed in the hot weather. These were of great value given the price of the room compared to other accommodation which are far more expensive with some things malfunctioning. Overall, Hotel Olivo was excellent.

The location wasn't great in terms of getting to CIHEAM Bari but that is not the owner's fault at all. The most important thing is that the hotel was fantastic and comfortable.

Big room, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, highly recommended.

This is a new property in a quaint town - everything is clean and functional. The staff are hospitable, and friendly. Breakfast is excellent…

It’s off the beaten path, but not so far out that it is inconvenient. There is a construction project in progress to enlarge the building - it’s a bit noisy to wake up to, but not overbearing I(and it will be short term)

Our purpose was to sleep a night before we had to take our flight from Bari. The hotel fully fulfilled the purpose. We had a parking place (EUR 10) and from Bitritto we were in less than 30 minutes at the airport. The room was quite large so no problem with our suitcases. All facilities were working quite well and everything was very clean.The village of Bitritto has a little center not far away and has shops, sandwicherias and restaurants. The breakfast was fine and the lady had even baked some cakes. The hotel offers good value for money.

Before we arrived it seemed that there was nobody there at the reception and we had received all the information for an automated check-in (which was news to me and which I would not have liked) but the receptionist was nevertheless present when we checked in.
