The apartment and location are excellent. Very spacious 3 bedrooms, comfortable and homely
There is only one air conditioner which is in the lounge room, leaving the bedrooms quite hot and uncomfortable even with the ceiling fans on high

We have stayed many times in this building, but it was the first time in Unit 13. It was very well-equipped, comfortable, well located and with a beautiful view of the river.
It's a pity that people park on the grass near the river edge, spoiling the view for those in the riverside units. Perhaps a discreet sign could be placed on the driveway from the road indicating no parking on that particular area of grass?
We were a little unsure where to leave the key when we left.
Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay enormously.
