location was wonderful- peaceful. love that it backed onto a well maintained safe meadering path that lead into town with just enough distance that it provided bit of exercise but that can be easily covered by the average 60 y/o. love that there are coffee houses close by and that there is well maintained parklands to stop at with BBQ so we could enjoy the outdoors. well thought out presentation of a lovely clean and pretty home. Appreciated the coffee machine -thank you

The property was amazing. Felt like you were a million miles away from everything, with the verandah overlooking the reserve and waterways, but less than 5 minutes to the local town centre.
The locals were very friendly, especially the feathered kind!
The driveway was on a blind corner making it a little difficult to see traffic when leaving but was easy enough to turn into.
