La ubicación es excelente... el tamaño también.. muy amplio. El edificio es muy lindo. Tres dormitorios, la cocina comedor y luego living comedor. Muy equipado, café de cortesía... lavarropa, lavavajilla...
No tiene aire acondicionado (de todas formas, ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, lo que torna agradable aún en días de calor... pero en los dormitorios al menos debería tener aire). Lo demás, perfecto.

Ogromny apartament w starym centrum miasta. Dobrze wyposażony. Odpowiedniej wielkości łazienka z dużą kabiną prysznicową. Właściwie blisko stąd wszędzie: punkty gastronomiczne, sklepy, przystań promowa, plaża, zabytki. Pomieści bez problemu kilka osób.
Mieszkanie kompletnie nie nadaje się do mieszkania w zimie. Jest bardzo zimne i nie ma sposobu żeby je dogrzać. Ogrzewacze na prąd są niewydajne i jest ich za mało. W powietrzu unosi się wilgoć - ręczniki i pranie nie schną. Dodatkowo gospodarzom zdarza się zapomnieć wymienić butle z gazem, która służy do podgrzania wody w kranach, a gazowy podgrzewacz wody czasami się zacina.
