Great communication. Location to the ferry was fantastic. Apartment had a lot of amenities.
There are two flights of very steep stairs to get up to the apartment. My sister strained her knee on the stairs. Plus the kids play area across the street from apartment are loud till midnight. Plus bar is loud. Didn't get to sleep till 12:15am in the morning because the kids were screaming, yelling and crying.

Wonderful location near the port, tapas bars, old town. Rooms are beautiful, gorgeous bedding and very comfy beds.

Clean, close to everything sea front and city center staff is nice and very reactive

Location was great couldn't have been more central
The room was tiny and if sharing need to be very close to the person as bathroom as good as in the room. Took 50 mins driving around to find a parking spot. Heating broke down
