The Condo and the property were excellent and all well maintained. They get the good reviews.
But the VRBO unit property management/Realty company we dealt with were second rate. Communication and details were awful. They were not tuned in to what was going on in the complex. The ad said the pool/hot tub were there but when we called for pool passes VRBO Prop Mgr said Pool was not open till memorial day. Never mentioned this at all in any of the 6-7 times we had to communicate. And then we find they actually were open. Poor communication around check in and check out as well.
We have been VRBO users all round N America and Europe with never an issue for 13 yrs until this one. If I was the Condo owner I would be looking for a new manager. If you can - only deal with owners. That's the O in VRBO not VRBPM.
