Noise - Please keep noise levels down to prevent from disturbing neighbors or guests in the other unit. Help keep this home available for your next trip back!
Pets - Pets are welcome in our home, but please clean up after them and notify us if there are any accidental issues. We have a One-Time, $89 pet fee per pet.
Feel free to use any linens, towels, or supplies we have provided. Refer to the “Supply Location” page for the whereabouts of these items

Please take any trash to dumpster located directly behind the parking pad in back
Please remove any food from the refrigerator
Upon departure, please press the “YALE” button on the keypad on the front door and check to make sure the door has locked
Please place any used towels in the washing machine located next to the kitchen

We had a great long weekend. The house was wonderul and clean. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The only issue we had we the description of the twin beds. The pictures and the description led us to believe that the room had 2 twin beds in it but it was really a trundle bed in a tiny room. There was no way the trundle bed could have been used as a trudle bedbin the room safley. We had to take the trundle part completely out of the room and put it in the living room. Also the mattesses are extremely firm.

We came to St louis for a wedding. We rented both apartments for our family. Both were lovely! The home is located on a quiet block. Great place to stay!

We stayed here for a conference and enjoyed the location. It had plenty of room for all eight of us to sleep, eat, and rest. The biggest issue we had was that there was not a key on check in, but we managed! Overall, highly recomend staying here!
