About this apartment rental
Wailea Ekahi Village #48-D is an impeccable studio unit on the second floor which provides picturesque Ocean and Garden views from the lanai. This tastefully-appointed suite features upscale furniture including a king bed and a sofa sleeper which is equipped with a 6 inch memory foam mattress. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen SmartTV. The bathroom provides a shower tub combination and the lanai is a picturesque place to spend your evening. This unit is kept cool with a split system AC.
BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Wailea Ekahi features six community grilling stations around the property available to guests.
Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Wailea Ekahi also offers free WiFi at the Pool Pavilion for your convenience. The pavilion is a gorgeous space to gather with friends or just hang out. Features include a modern open kitchen, BBQ grills, fitness center, table seating both shaded and sunny, a book lending library, and showers with changing room for pool users. The famous Wailea Beach Walk passes directly in front of Wailea Ekahi Village and leads to more beaches, shops, and restaurants. Wailea Resort offers golf courses and tennis.
The Wailea Ekahi location is outstanding. The Shops at Wailea with over 60 shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away as well as other premium and casual restaurants outside the Shops. Wailea golf courses are close by AND there are several first class beaches to choose from just minutes away. You can explore a different beach every day and not visit the same one twice just a short drive from the property. Wailea Ekahi Village #48-D sleeps 3.
** Important Notices: (1) The main pavilion pool will be closed for resurfacing August 10-2026 until October 15, 2026. The three other pools, fitness room, grills, and kitchen will remain open. (2) A property-wide exterior painting project is scheduled for August 2025 - September 2027. Extension ladders, scaffolding, and pressure washers will be visible around certain locations of the property during this time. This building will be affected September 18-October 1, 2026. Call our office for additional information. **

My fiancee and I had a perfect stay in Studio #48D! Gorgeous views, very well maintained grounds, and within walking distance of pools and the beach. The unit was clean and well equipped, with beach equipment and household necessities.The air conditioning and laundry machines worked with no issues. We loved everything about this unit/ property and will definitely be back!

Clean well appointed and a great location. Love the amenities with pavilion, pool and direct beach access. As with most Wailea condos it could be updated but we really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely highly recommend.

Great location as always at the resort , communication very good . The unit itself needs some TLC in bathroom . There were no cleaning supplies at all and did not feel I should have to purchase them to keep place fresh while there . A bigger cooler would be very good as well so be full days are spent at the lower pool . Dishwasher did not work and no discount was offered only that I did not have to wash the dishes . Bed was very comfortable and AC worked very well .We did purchase new new h towels from Costco and left them there as ones supplied were very thin and old .
