About this apartment rental

Close to the ocean, this family-friendly apartment brings it all within reach. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 1-minute walk to Bay of Biscay or the 12-minute walk to La Baule Beach.

After you return, you can unwind at the beach, chill by the communal pool, or sip a drink on the deck or patio. When you come inside, connect to the free WiFi or get cozy in front of the cable/satellite TV (video library available). There's also a DVD player and a music library for your enjoyment.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a lobster pot. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. And you can even travel light because you'll have access to laundry facilities. Sehr schön aufgeteilte Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand. Man kann die Kinder durchs Haus runter ans Meer gehen lassen und hat sie vom Balkon aus jederzeit im Blick. Der Ort selbst hat sich im Kern seine Ursprünglichkeit bewahrt, Märkte und Restaurants sind vielfältig und einladend. Der angrenzende große Strand von La Baule ist in guter Fahrradentfernung. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

L'appartement comme la propriétaire sont chaleureux et accueillants. La vue est splendide. La literie est confortable. La wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Prévenue que nous venions avec une petite en bas âge, la propriétaire nous a préparé tout ce dont nous avions besoin (lit parapluie, chaise haute). C'est agréable de pouvoir se sentir à l'aise, presque comme à la maison, tout en se déconnectant vraiment de notre quotidien avec ce cadre magnifique. Nous précisons que nous avons séjourné en période de canicule et que l'orientation du logement nous a bien protégée des fortes chaleurs. Bref, nous sommes ravis d'avoir fait confiance à cette annonce qui a tenu toutes ses promesses!

Un grand Merci à Madame Flatres pour son accueil chaleureux, sa bienveillance et l’attention portée au bien-être de ses hôtes. L’appartement est très agréable, confortable et parfaitement équipé. RIEN ne manque, ce qui est très appréciable. La côte sauvage est toute proche, permettant d’accéder à pieds à de superbes balades. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Encore merci pour tout.

Appartement conforme à la description, rien à redire, tout y était voire plus. Le "pied dans l'eau" est réelle !! L'accueil de notre hôte a été très chaleureux, comme si nous nous connaissions depuis longtemps. Expérience à renouveler sans hésitation !

L'Hôtesse très à l'écoute nous a réservé un excellent accueil. L'appartement agréablement aménagé pour des vacances sans soucis ménagers (lave-vaiselle, lave linge, jeux pour les enfants ainsi que les adultes...) est décoré avec soin avec un thème marin . Le balcon où l'on peut prendre ses repas ainsi que le soleil permet d'assister au spectacle permanent des voiliers et bateaux. Environnement calme et au pieds de l'immeuble une plage avec accès privé depuis celui-ci. Nous avons eu un très agréable séjour.
