Three flights of stairs which is a challenge for seniors.

Great views but apartment needs refurbishing.

The location is excellent with lovely views over the harbour and town. Parking was very easy to find and secure. A good array of restaurants close at hand.

All the common areas of the building block looked very tired and dirty. The flat itself needs refurbishing. All of the sinks and basins within the flat failed to drain properly. On arrival the toilet did not flush. The cistern water supply had to be turned on. The settee and bed were very uncomfortable and only one thin pillow per person. Kitchen was good but the kettle leaked from the base. Plates were glass and did not appear to be safety glass. The windows were dirty and needed a good clean. Unless you are fit or young I would not advise renting the apartment as the 3 flights of winding stairs are a struggle, especially with luggage

Un logement bénéficiant d'un très bon emplacement. Tout confort et propre. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le calme qui régnait dans l'immeuble et les environs.

Appartment okay, Aussicht fantastisch!

Die Lage des Appartments war super und die Ausicht fantastisch. Wohnzimmer, Küche und Schlafzimmer waren gut ausgestattet.

Es war etwas schwierig das Appartment und den Schlüsselkasten zu finden, da es 2 Treppenhäuser gibt. Nur mit Hilfe einer sehr freundlichen Putzfrau haben wir das Appartment gefunden. Beim Anblick des Treppenhauses wurde uns auch erstmal etwas anders...es wirkt sehr schmuddelig...aber das Appartment war in Ordnung, bis auf einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch. Das Bad mit Dusche war leider sehr klein und eng, dafür gab es einen extra WC Raum.

Très bon situation sur le front de mer. Communication très fluide avec la propriétaire. Parking réservé pour le logement. Residence calme. Appartement fonctionnel bien équipé !

Quand venez à 4, le clic clac du salon est vraiment un lit d’appoint qui pourrait être un petit plus confortable. Mais pour quelques nuits c’est suffisant !
