Appartement La Rotonde vue sur mer

Die Nähe zum Hafen und Meer ist super. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und komfortabel. Bäckerei und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Der Parkplatz im Hinterhof ist wichtig und gut.

Das steile enge Treppenhaus zur 3. Etage ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Vor allem hatten wir Probleme die Schlüsselbox aufgrund einer (vermutlich maschinellen) etwas unklaren Übersetzung nach Englisch zu finden. Schließlich half der Kontakt über booking zum Eigentümer.

très très bien situé. vue mer, centre ville, franprix juste à côté, place de parking...

nécessaire de cuisine à remplacer (malheureusement, je pense que pas mal de voyageurs ne respectent pas le matériel, et rayent le téflon à la fourchette.... ce n'est pas très sain pour les suivants)

The location is excellent with lovely views over the harbour and town. Parking was very easy to find and secure. A good array of restaurants close at hand.

All the common areas of the building block looked very tired and dirty. The flat itself needs refurbishing. All of the sinks and basins within the flat failed to drain properly. On arrival the toilet did not flush. The cistern water supply had to be turned on. The settee and bed were very uncomfortable and only one thin pillow per person. Kitchen was good but the kettle leaked from the base. Plates were glass and did not appear to be safety glass. The windows were dirty and needed a good clean. Unless you are fit or young I would not advise renting the apartment as the 3 flights of winding stairs are a struggle, especially with luggage
