The host is very kind and let me check in early. Breakfast is perfect! Right next to the old town city gate. Got a parking in front of the hotel, but only three spots, if I were right

The wifi in my room is very weak

Nettes, kleines und persönliches Hotel, zentral in der Altstadt von Pisek gelegen. Wunderschöner Blick auf die Otava. Sehr freundlicher und persönlicher Service. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht zu Gast, haben uns aber dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

The location was great but that is about it!

We were very disappointed with our accommodation at this property. We specifically booked this property for the air conditioning. When we got there, there was an air conditioner but no remote so we could not use it. We expected this to be a hotel but they were rooms on top of a pub. The guy who worked in the pub gave us our room key and told us that the hotel manager was out. He advised that for the air-con remote etc, we had to talk to her when she got back. We went out to dinner and a walk around town and by the time we got back, the hotel manager had gone home and the pub was closed so we could not get the remote. There was No lift so we had to cart our suitcases up 6 flights of stairs. Our room was on the top floor in the roof. Most of the room was made up of beams and we had to duck around the room as we hit our head on them. There were blinds on the windows but were broken so we could not put them down. The room was hot and stuffy and so we had to open the windows which got the mosquitoes in as there were no fly screens on the windows. The room was bright from the streetlights the bed was as hard as a rock. We virtually got no sleep. The shower was so small they we could not even bend over to was our legs and feet. You could not move in there as well. The towels provided were falling apart and looked like they had been used for the last 20 years. The breakfast, even though included in the room rate was terrible. We would NOT recommend this hotel. Stay away!!!
