The apartment is cosy and nice. It’s perfectly suitable for a family. I recommend the area and this apartment for the price we paid. It is clean and we enjoyed spending time there. I would stay again if we decide to come again in the area. Advice: go and eat at the terrace of the « Aalkate Fehmarn » (4 min. Walk)
Nothing but 2 things to know: - stairs are a bit steep (for elderly people or very young children (<3 years)) - bed sheets and towels are not included (~30€/p.p additional). As (maybe) I am not used with german habits about the FeWo, I didn’t think to check if bedsheets were included. I already stayed in FeWo in southern part of Germany and it was included. Details mention you have to pay or you can bring your own bedsheets and towels, so it was my mistake not having checked this detail.

Die Lage war top, der Ort zauberhaft und das Häuschen wirklich gemütlich.
Der Balkon war ideal zum essen, nur hatte man keinerlei Sonnenschutz und da wurde es schnell zu heiß.
