Welcome to the “Illas Koje” vacation rental in Lemkenhafen, Fehmarn.



With a cozy 35 square meters of living space, the apartment offers a comfortable atmosphere for 4 people to enjoy their vacation on the sunny island of Fehmarn.



The apartment is located just a few meters from the sea in the beautiful fishing and harbor village of Lemkenhafen. It has been recently renovated and furnished with high-quality furniture.



Information on additional costs and fees:

Rental rates apply to 2 people. Each additional person pays a surcharge.

One dog may be accommodated for an additional fee.

The security deposit of 100,- € is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent.

Water costs are included. Electricity is billed based on consumption (€0.46/kWh; prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.

Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.

The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.

A parking space in front of the house is available free of charge.

We expressly point out that we assume no liability whatsoever for personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of the ladder to climb onto the bunk bed.



Upon entering the vacation rental, you’ll be greeted by the open-concept living, dining, and sleeping area, featuring a cozy upholstered seating area that doubles as a sofa bed for two people, a dining table, and the highlight of the apartment: the loft bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) for two people. We expressly point out that this is accessible only via a ladder and is not suitable for small children. Use is at your own risk. One pet is welcome in the vacation rental.



The apartment features high-speed internet with 100 Mbits. This is complemented by a new flat-screen TV with 100 HD channels, a soundbar for a great home theater experience, and access to a Netflix account. Two infrared heaters provide cozy warmth on cold days.



Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen, featuring a modern kitchenette equipped with everything you need for daily use, such as a capsule coffee machine and an induction cooktop.



The last room to welcome you is the tastefully furnished bathroom with a large rain shower and sink.



Of course, you also have the opportunity to soak up some sun on the terrace in front of the apartment. There’s plenty of seating available in the form of patio furniture.



If you’re arriving by car, parking spaces are available near the vacation rental.
