Villa Pianda by Villa Plus

Spacious and modern villa with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a handy laundry room. The pool was large but only slightly heated, and while the table tennis and pool table were a nice addition, the pool table was uneven which affected play.

The villa was very dirty on arrival, with hair on the bed sheets, dust, and dirt on the floors. We even found a box of BBQ equipment covered in mould, and the kitchen drawers had an unpleasant smell. Basic essentials like soap, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, and sufficient toilet paper (only one roll for a five-night stay) were not provided, which felt unacceptable for the price—especially as guests are expected to clean up after themselves. We had to buy everything ourselves. Additionally, there was constant noise at night from barking dogs, making it unsuitable for light sleepers. The pool table was uneven, so balls would roll to one side, and the pool heating was very weak—barely noticeable.
