Caterina ,our host, was fantastic.
Very helpful…arranged transport for us to the Olbia airport among other things.
Always available.
The property itself requires additional external maintenance… could do with refreshing the outdoor furniture .

the terrace with the sea view was nice, Caterina is a lovely host, the recently renovated kitchen is spacious and complete, airco in all rooms.
the building and the appartment are quite old and show the traces of time: the entrance does not look welcoming, all the windows are difficult to open, some sunscreens are difficult to open and close. we would give the cleanness of the appartment a 6 on the scale 1-10. the terrace itself is lovely but we missed some comfortable chairs. there are some, but they have spider webs and are fragile and old. we think a new lounge set on the terrace and some attention to the interior decoration would improve the place.
