The Mir el Mar penthouse is a spectacular apartment located in the centre of Alghero, overlooking the gulf and Capocaccia, a heavenly promontory in the North West of Sardinia, along the Riviera del Corallo.
Located in the centre of Alghero, the penthouse offers a breathtaking view from practically every living space and bedroom. The sunsets over the sea will give you a different emotion every day.
Given the location in the centre of Alghero near the sea, the car is not necessary even if it is recommended for excursions outside the province.
The Mir el Mar penthouse is characterized by immense terraces, partly covered and shaded, and tastefully furnished. On the terrace, we provide a barbecue that is delivered clean and must be returned clean without residual ash.
Sofas, tables, deck chairs, rocking chairs have been designed to ensure maximum relaxation. The large outdoor tables for 10 people and the numerous corners gathered, contribute to making the set of outdoor spaces comfortable and fascinating, suitable for large numbers of people or for those who want to enjoy a moment of intimacy.
The penthouse with a size of 220 square meters of the terrace overlooking the sea and an interior of 100 square meters, located on the 4th floor with lift, has 3 bedrooms (one double, one quadruple and one with a French bed), 2 bathrooms with shower and can easily accommodate 8 people. If you want to use the double sofa bed in the room, the seats increase to 10.
The house with its spectacular view is perfectly designed to enjoy spectacular panoramic views and fully breathe the fresh Sardinian air. The central body of the house has a large room overlooking the sea, a relaxation area, a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Inside, the penthouse balances modern comforts with the charm of vintage furnishings, including original works of art and classic-style furnishings.
The penthouse is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, Wifi, oven, microwave, and a kitchen suitable for the most refined chefs. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels provided.
The penthouse is located directly in the centre of Alghero, next to a small beach with turquoise and emerald water and close to the cycle path and the promenade which is only a minute's walk from the local restaurants in the center of Alghero.
Visit nearby Bosa with its extraordinary views and the ancient Castle or venture into the Porto Conte natural park or the Catalan square of the city.
In Alghero you will be spoiled for choice regarding the destinations to visit and the activities to do.
In addition to the famous beaches and snorkeling spots, you can rent a boat or choose to take catamaran excursions.

The indoor part of the property was all that is needed for vacation - a good kitchen, comfortable beds, and good sized bathrooms.What sets this property apart from others is the vast outdoor space. Not only is it large, but it has uninterrupted panoramic views of the water, which was perfect for morning coffee and evening aperitifs as the sun set! We had four people in our party and could have comfortably fit two more. Eight would probably start to feel a bit tight as the common space is limited.

We enjoyed this place by cooking food and eating at terrace! We traveled around by car and saw a lot of nice beaches and other places, such as Neptune’s grotto!
We definitely want to come back to this place!

This property is a great stay. Location is only a 20 minute walk to harbor. You can comfortably have 4 adults. The third room has bunk beds so it would be better for children. Parking can be difficult at times. Overall this is a good experience. The view is magnificence. Both bathrooms have very nice showers. Plenty of hot water. Air conditioning is good.

It was a great place and we’d love to return. The views were amazing, there was plenty of room, and the location in Alghero was perfect. Everything was provided and our host was very nice and helpful!
