We have stayed at this property before and we loved it so much we want to stay here each time. This is our second stay and not as great as the first. We arrived and bedding was clearing dirty. Had to wash bedding before we could use it along with towels. States there was internet and wi-fi but internet would never connect. Contacted host and they were no help at all with the internet and said they would talk to the cleaning crew. Also, the pots and pans that were there to use, I would probably give to my kids to play outside with. A lot of scrapes and scars for coated pans. Very disappointing after spending that much money. If I did stay here again, hopefully thing would be better. View is beautiful.

This place exceeded our expectations. The house is set in a spectacular location with mountain views. Spending time in the hot tub underneath the stars was breathtaking. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Initially, we had a heck of a time communicating with the managers of this property. I messaged 3 times to no avail. Then I called and spoke to numerous people that were of no help - one rep even had me on speaker phone with kids hollering in the background. The day of check in, I finally was able to receive a text message from the manager. The location is beautiful, but the ONLY reason we booked this place was because of the sports court, which we found trashed out. The net was tangled on the floor, the pickle ball paddles were tossed around everywhere, the supply box was open and broken, all the ball were flat and there was a beer can lying around. I texted the Manager and told him we couldn’t find the pickle ball and he said whatever is there is what is supplied. What?! Then, the BEDS WERE HORRIBLY CREAKY, loud and uncomfortable. The living room furniture wasn’t too comfy, either. However the house was big, clean enough (although the silverware was extremely stained and we found a dirty plate) and the hot tub was nice. We made the most of our stay, but we would not recommend nor stay at this property again.
