Located in Old Seagrove, just 3 short blocks from the beach, Row Jimmy is a 3-bedroom, 2 bath newly renovated cottage with an open floor plan done with an industrial chic slant. Brand new to the rental program for Summer 2021, this home sleeps six persons and is decorated in a modern yet casual and comfortable style. This home has a large sunny private pool in the back, and a fabulous, covered seating area outfitted for entertaining. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Close enough to walk or bike to everything…galleries, fine cuisine, bike trails, antiques, golf, live theater, a family run bookstore, outdoor bazaars, and coffee shops!
Row Jimmy is all on level with a step into home and step up to pool area. As you enter, you find the large living/dining room adjacent to the kitchen. Eclectic concrete floors in all rooms. Large living area has comfortable sofa, side chairs, floor lamp, two side tables and large LCDTV. Wireless internet. (Fireplace is decorative only.) The dining table seats six and is situated in the center of the kitchen. The kitchen overlooks the living area and has quartz countertops, stainless appliances including French door fridge with ice/water dispenser in door, electric glass range, microwave and dishwasher. The washer/dryer is in a room off the living room along with a pantry for food storage.
Off the living room and kitchen are sliding glass doors leading to the adjacent pool area. Outdoors in the very private pool area, there are 4 loungers for relaxing, an oversized outdoor sofa, 2 side chairs and a table with 4 chairs—perfect for dining al fresco. Pool is approximately 15 x 30.
King master bedroom is outfitted with 2 wall lamps, luggage bench, closet and private bath with walk-in shower and vanity sink. Full bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, LCD TV and closet. Twin bedroom has bedside table between the beds with a lamp, closet, dresser and ceiling fan. Hall bath has tub/shower and vanity sink.
Outside: Large, sunny private pool is vinyl-lined. (Pool is not heated.) Gas grill. Hot/cold outside shower. Parking in driveway for 2 to 3 cars (no garage access).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding pricing, a cleaning and processing fee, a $109 Vacation Rental Damage Plan Fee and tax will be added to ALL rates. Travel Insurance is optional and can be added at Guest's choosing.

Loved the house! Perfect for the 4 of us for girls trip. The patio was our gathering place. We did not use pool. It was dirty when we arrived and the pool people came right out. However, the pool did not stay clean. Had algae next day.
The kitchen and great room were fun too. Comfortable sectional for watching tv.
We played Mexican Train to the wee hours around the kitchen table. Yes would stay again.

I cannot say enough about this property. Just so pretty, well organized, comfortable in every aspect. Clean and in just the perfect location to the beach, restaurants and so close to bike into Seaside. The kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of utensils for any of your kitchen needs, loads of different glassware for any of your needs by the pool or a romantic dinner. The outdoor sitting area was just perfect for our morning coffee or sitting outside after dinner. My husband and I would definitely stay at Row Jimmy again. Thank you!
