Main floor (900 sqft) has living room with 55" Roku TV, bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with twin beds, dedicated office, kitchen and dining area to comfortably seat six. Finished basement (approx 600 sqft) with second lounging area with 40" Roku TV, laundry area, queen bed and half bath. Large, outdoor area with covered patio and chairs & table. High speed WiFi provided. Ring doorbell camera at front house exterior door & garage roof mounted Ring camera monitoring exterior of garage door. NOTE: guests do not have access to the garage. Guests have access to entire house but will not have access to garage. It's unlikely you will see me during your stay which allow you more privacy and convenience.
