2 bedroom 2 bath home on canal in Cape Coral. House boast private pool, Home has den and living room with private office. Very quiet residential area. Watch the fish jump from your own private dock.

Please note the per the pool heater manufacturer pool heater will automatically shut off if the temp outside drops below 48 degrees During normal Florida winter pool heat goes up to 84 to 86 degrees per manufacturer

Perfect place to relax! Outstanding communication with the owner. We enjoyed the relaxing view from the lanai. The house is close to restaurants we like to visit and shopping areas. Clean house and very well stocked with items needed. We plan to return next year.

Great place to relax for vacation! Beautiful view of canals and surrounding homes. Peaceful quiet neighborhood. Beautiful patio and pool! Hope to return soon!
