In Brenne, close to the ponds and observatories but also to the Creuse Valley, in an exceptional environment with river and communal swimming pool from April to mid-October (11 x 6.5 meters), old walnut mill with terrace and private garden and small island. House with on the ground floor large living room with a lounge which has a sofa bed (bed for 2 people) and a wood stove, a dining room and an open equipped kitchen - shower room / wc.
Upstairs: bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a second bedroom with 3 single beds - wc with sink.
Electric heating (billed according to consumption) and wood (45 € per cubic meter).
Sheets and towels provided.
