Il B&B è situato in un’ottima posizione, a circa 10 minuti a piedi sia dalla spiaggia sia dal centro di Chioggia, all’interno di una tranquilla stradina. Trovare parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze può essere difficile, ma è possibile utilizzare i parcheggi a pagamento situati vicino alle spiagge. La struttura dispone di due camere al primo piano e di una camera al piano terra, adiacente alla sala colazioni. È stata ristrutturata in modo semplice ma molto confortevole dal proprietario. La camera è arredata con gusto, il bagno è pulito ed essenziale e sono presenti i prodotti da bagno, anche se su questo aspetto si potrebbe investire qualcosa in più. Molto bella la doccia walk-in. Il letto è estremamente comodo e le lenzuola sono di ottima qualità, contribuendo a garantire un riposo davvero piacevole. La camera è dotata di TV e aria condizionata; manca invece il bollitore. Il proprietario è molto simpatico, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Nel complesso, una struttura accogliente e ben curata, ideale per visitare Chioggia e raggiungere comodamente il mare.
Non ho critiche da fare. Da migliorare solo prodotti da bagno e bollitore ma proprio se devo essere pignolo.
