Die Fewo liegt am Ortsrand im Grünen und es ist hier sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super. Es gab alles an technischen Geräten, was man in der Wohnung benötigt, auch Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ferner ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Vor der Tür war auch ausreichend Parkraum für das Auto. Wir würden hier immer wieder wohnen, wenn wir in Balve sind.

Gute Lage, schönes Zimmer, großer Garten zum entspannen. Wanderwege in direkter Umgebung. Jalousien außen haben geholfen die schlimmste Hitze von der Wohnung fern zu halten.
Insektengitter an ausgewählten Fenstern wären m.E eine Bereicherung. Beim Lüften abends wegen der Hitze hatten wir schnell mit Mücken zu kämpfen.

Von der sehr netten Gastgeberin, der süßen modernen kleinen Wohnung, der Einrichtung und vor allem der Wald drumherum war alles perfekt. Vorallem war die Wohnung im Wald super bei der extremen Hitze in Iserlohn in der wir ein Seminar besucht haben. Wir konnten immer in eine viel kühlere Wohnung/Umgebung zurückkehren wie unsere Seminarteilnehmer. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben und können die Wohnungen nur weiterempfehlen.
Das wir leider wieder nach hause fahren mußten. :-)
