Excellent rapport qualité prix. Très bien équipé et très propre. Joliment décoré. Bien situé. Conforme au descriptif.
Pas assez de rangements et surtout d’endroits pour poser ses affaires. Attention pour les grands : on se cogne facilement. Escalier un peu inconfortable.

L’indépendance, le calme , la surface idéale pour 2 personnes. L’arrivée individuelle avec toutes les informations nécessaires en tant voulu .les photos correspondent au duplex . Café, thé , nécessaire de toilettes et linges au top . Place de parking attribuée . Arrêt de bus à proximité. Crêperie à 10mn à pieds à recommander.

Le calme de la résidence
Trop cher pour l'endroit. Les placards de la cuisine étaient pas propres Une partie de la vaisselle était sale Le grille pain ne fonctionnait pas
