Check in was easy. The unit has a great view. The kitchenette area could use an update for sure. Coffee pot has to dangle off of microwave unless you take it down. When down you cant use microwave. Bring your own coffee pods if you want to sit on the balcony the first morning. We definitely enjoyed the cold a/c and cable tv.
