Great location near several good local restaurants. It was clean, and comfortable. As others mention, the furnishings are a bit dated.
Not much of a kitchen, just a cook top, microwave, and a small refrigerator.
Had a bit of an issue with checking with the door code. Several people we talk to had the same issue. But it was resolved quickly over the phone.
Property manager is responsive.
Was great, grounds are well kept and the unit was perfect for two of us for a long weekend.

We loved the beautiful views of the Bay and we had so much fun fishing from the boat docks, we caught a lot of fish. The kids love the pool it was warm and clean. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. We can not wait to visit again.

The location was perfect. It could use some upgraded furnishing and repairs. Its doable for the price. There were no bugs.
