About this house rental
Beautiful villa of 170 m² with swimming pool and sea view, in nature, quiet, in the private domain of Cap Bénat. Classified 4 stars by the tourist office. Access to private beaches and hiking trails.
Close to Toulon Hyères airport, Hyères and Toulon TGV stations, the towns of Le Lavandou, Bormes les Mimosas and Fort de Brégançon. 1 hour from St Tropez. Opposite the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros.

As the Domaine is limited to family use, residents are invited not to make excessive noise that would disturb the peace of neighbours, whether close or not, especially between 10pm and 8am: music, shouting, swimming pool noises, etc.
Nocturnal disturbance is, in any case, strictly prohibited.
Air conditioning in all rooms, large maintained swimming pool, with children's pool, secured by several gates. Unheated swimming pool.

We had a lovely week in Cap Benat. The house is in an excellent location, the estate has beautiful walks along the coast and up to the old lighthouse, fantastic views. The villa has everything you could need. The swimming pool is bigger than it seems in the photos! And you can walk to the beach (Portofino), where the water is crystal clear. We all loved it.
