About this villa rental
Villa with unique charm, heated pool, direct access beach 200 m. Cape Benat.
In the ultra private and secure area of Cape Benat, surrounded by nature, facing the sea and the national park of the island of Port-Cros, our house enjoys an exceptional location but also offers all the comforts of home inhabited summer and winter.
It has 5 air-conditioned rooms + a small extra bedroom (a single bed with bathroom and private sanitary) + a room in the basement said "service" with a large bed, bathroom and sanitary and the TV.
Upstairs the master bedroom with its large bathroom, his office, his view is probably the most coveted.
Two of the other four bedrooms (each with bathroom and WC and air conditioning) overlook the main terrace and have their own entrance.
Crossing the patio or the garden you reach a small outbuilding which houses two rooms separated by their shared bathroom, each of the two rooms open onto a small terrace "private". The covered terrace with its large table for 12 guests, plancha plancha, summer lounge is the main place of life in summer.
The dining room, the winter lounge and its fireplace but also the patio allow you to isolate yourself to read or even see the TV.
Petanque, heated pool, beach 200m (without the crowd of tourists) make this house a true paradise that was believed to have disappeared or almost of the Riviera.
