Wonderful location, tidy flat, responsive and positive staff members. Just 30 seconds on foot from Kelvinhall Subway Station, 5 minutes from Kelvingrove Art Museum and 15 by subway from the city centre.
Hot water doesn't last long in the shower.

La posizione, la dimensione dell’appartamento, buona la quantità di stoviglie utili, soprattutto per la colazione, la doccia ben funzionante.
Forse andrebbe sostituito nel breve tempo il materasso del letto e valutare la seduta del divano: se ci si siede si rimane prigionieri! 😜

Estaba en un sitio ideal con el metro al lado, barrio muy bueno. Todas las comodidades cerca, muy tranquilo de noche. Apartamento limpio con todos los utensilios necesarios. El personal fue muy amable nos dejaron entrar antes y salir mas tarde por nuestros vuelos.
La ducha era un poco complicada de usar no daba agua caliente todo el rato y la cama el colchón podría estar mejor, se notaban los muelles. Y la entrada al edificio, la escalera estaba super sucia y vieja pero entiendo depende de la comunidad

Great location for the subway and the Westend. Shower gel and shampoo was included, which was a nice touch.
There is an odd smell, similar to a burning electrical smell which could not be traced to anything. It was concentrated in the lounge / kitchen area. There is faulty wiring in one of the lounge table top lamps. The lounge heater doesn’t work every time. The entire apartment like have been cleaned a bit better.
