Fabulous location, One Bedroom West End Flat, just off Byres rd, close to SEC & Hydro

Wonderful location, tidy flat, responsive and positive staff members. Just 30 seconds on foot from Kelvinhall Subway Station, 5 minutes from Kelvingrove Art Museum and 15 by subway from the city centre.

Hot water doesn't last long in the shower.

La posizione, la dimensione dell’appartamento, buona la quantità di stoviglie utili, soprattutto per la colazione, la doccia ben funzionante.

Forse andrebbe sostituito nel breve tempo il materasso del letto e valutare la seduta del divano: se ci si siede si rimane prigionieri! 😜

The property was clean and tidy, it had all the facilities required in the kitchen / bathroom. It is located close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It was around 1.5 miles to the SEC where we wanted to go.

The entrance hall and stairs were very unkept and dirty. The apartment was on the second floor and there is no lift so difficult to bring a heavy case upstairs. The shower head would not stay upright in its holder so difficult to shower properly. This was reported on our second day but no action taken to repair it. The TV did not work properly as it lost it internet signal quite often, this was reported as well. We stayed during the Commonwealth Games so like other properties and hotels in the area the price this property charged was very high but it was not worth the price we paid and we expected everything to work properly and for the owners to respond to our complaints.
