Robenstein Hotel & SPA - Villa

Sehr schöne Lage, Sauna Pool und Villa sehr gepflegt.

Sehr schmackhaftes Frühstück und ein unbeschreiblich gutes Abendessen. Das Sauna Dorf hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das sehr freundliche Personal und die wirklich wunderschöne Einrichtung der Zimmer in der Villa - man fühlt sich fast wie ein Adeliger

Ein Informationsblatt/Wegweiser über die Einrichtungen wäre wünschenswert

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Abends konnte man zwischen drei Hauptgängen wählen, als Vorspeise gab es eine große Auswahl an Salaten und eine Suppe. Nachtisch gab es ebenfalls. Das Essen hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Der Sauna-/Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön, sodass man auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut vertan ist. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Der Billardtisch in der Villa direkt vor unserem Zimmer... aber irgendwo muss er ja stehen. Ist nur unangenehm, wenn man als Hotelgast andere Hotelgäste bitten muss, das Spielen einzustellen (das war nach 22 Uhr).

Breakfast was more than adequate in spread and presentation. The location and the facilities were beautiful. The room (suite) was clean and very comfortable.

Paying a lump fee for charging an E-car (of 25 Euros regardless of how many kilowatt hours are being used up) rather than paying after a meter is ridiculous. The wait staff was undertrained and rather green behind the ears but then haughty and not very on the ball. The food at dinner was meh (we have had much better at 3 star accomodations and other stays in 4-5 star hotels have shown us a far higher standard). The information given at the reception desk was lacking (regarding times, locations of spa facilities etc.) and the process was rather patronizing. Our room (suite) had some maintenance and repair issues in the bathroom (shoddy work adding the soap dispenser, musky old water smell from under the sink).
