Enjoy morning coffee on the patio and alfresco meals under the twinkling lights. Beautifully appointed apartment with a well stocked gourmet kitchen, sleep on silky soft bed linens, extra personal supplies & linens in the large bathroom, washer & dryer, 2 large bedrooms with a spacious living room, 40ft. private patio overlooking the South River in Annapolis. Off street parking is provided for up to 4 cars. The deep water pier is available for guests to use for fishing, crabbing or just enjoying the fascinating views of water and wildlife. We spent a wonderful week at this cozy ground-level retreat overlooking the South River Sanctuary. It was perfect for us, and my wifes’ elderly mom. The view was absolutely beautiful—lush greenery and calm water right outside our patio. There’s a narrow trail leading down to a private pier, where we set crab traps with chicken legs generously provided by our host (and yes, the girls caught some!).The two-bedroom space was clean, quiet, and private, with everything we needed—including a full laundry room, easy parking, and helpful local recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment. We grilled dinner most nights and enjoyed it on the patio, no matter the weather. The setting was so peaceful—we spotted cardinals, ducks, lizards, squirrels, a fox, deer, a daily visit from a great blue heron, and even a local rowing team and some adventurous swimmers.The neighborhood was friendly, and the whole experience felt like discovering a secret little cove. Mom loved sitting on the patio just watching the water and trees. My husband was thrilled to grill and relax with a soccer game on TV. My wife loved the soft, cool bed after long, hot July days.Highly recommend for anyone seeking tranquility, nature, and a touch of adventure—all in one spot.Our hostess Susan was so awesome and is a new friend and we loved the area so much that we choose to move here! I highly recommend this hidden Gem.

This two bedroom lower level walk out apartment has every amenity, plus a fabulous view. We plan to go back again and again. The owner was extremely helpful and provided recommendations for outings and restaurants. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful and welcoming property! Tons of wildlife activity to view and great water views. Amenities were great. Really appreciate everything! Lovely host!
