Enjoy your stay in the heart of Annapolis's historic district, steps away from the Maryland State House and a few minutes walk to the Naval Academy (6 mins), downtown waterfront (4 mins), shops on Maryland Ave (2 mins), and West Street (7 mins).
This is a historic home built by Eleanor Hepburn, the cousin of actress Katharine Hepburn. Look out for the "EH" on the door.
It has been newly renovated from top to bottom and has everything you need for a short- or long-term stay!
One-bedroom ground-floor apartment with a comfortable full bed, a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.
All rooms include darkening shades.
This apartment is completely private and has its own entrance. Limited street parking permits are available on request.
Please know that there is some noise in the area during the day as we are located right in the heart of Downtown Annapolis.

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Location was amazing. Truly walkable to the shops, restaurants and the Naval Academy. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

A sweet and cozy set up in the heart of downtown. Very thoughtfully appointed and a brilliant use of small space. Was reminded of places in Europe. One of the best, most enjoyable stays we’ve ever had with VRBO. We plan to come up Annapolis more often in the future and will Definitely be looking to stay at this property again! Thank you Oby & Andrew!

Charming, clean and so convenient. Small one bedroom with very small bathroom that was great for the two of us. Would definitely stay again when visiting Annapolis.
