Charming typical house of 80m² + outbuilding of 10m², well oriented with good sunshine, in a quiet cul-de-sac between the castle and the Bois de la Chaise.
2 terraces. Fireplace and barbecue. House repainted and decorated.
650m from the castle, the port, shops, cinema and restaurants.
1.5 km from the beautiful beaches of Les Dames, Les Sableaux and 1.7 km from the fishing area of Fort Larron.

Cela fait 3 ans de suite que nous séjournons à Noirmoutier à cette période, c’est tout simplement le logement que nous avons préféré. De part sa localisation, son entretien et la gentillesse du propriétaire. Nous serons ravis de recommencer dès l’année prochaine !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une maison qui propose de très bonnes prestations et qui est très agréable à vivre aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.Christophe est un hôte qui sait accueillir. Le quartier est calme et proche du centre et des plages.
