About this villa rental


Renovated villa (classified 4 stars by the tourist office of Biscarosse) and located in the middle of the forest of the Hautes Rives district, a very popular place for its exceptional setting inviting to rest, a stone's throw from a private beach of the lake reserved for the residents of the district. The Atlantic Ocean is located only 3 kms away.

The house is spacious (155 m2 on 2 levels) on a fenced plot of 1100 m2. It has 5 bedrooms (3 on the upper level with their own shower room and 2 bedrooms on the first floor on the pool side with shower room) all including large storage cupboards. 2 separate toilets. Baby cot with bars and high chair available.

A large living room (TV, internet, large sofa, Bullerjan Canadian wood stove) opens onto a superb new terrace (equipped with a barbecue and a plancha) overlooking the pool. Downstairs, a large space with terrace surrounded by pine trees includes the secure swimming pool with 8 sunbeds and 2 deckchairs as well as outdoor furniture.
PETANQUE COURT IN THE GARDEN

A games room with table football, TV, sofa and many books/toys.

A large garage allows you to store your bikes and surfboards.

The location of the villa offers a multitude of activities: quiet idleness, private swimming pool facing south, walks and swimming in the lake by its reserved access, Atlantic Ocean nearby, bike rides and hikes in the forest, surfing, paddle, etc.
Ideal family house in the north of the Landes, it allows access by car to 5 minutes from Biscarosse Plage, 5 minutes from the golf course, 10 minutes from Biscarosse Bourg, 20 minutes from the Dune du Pyla and the Bassin d'Arcachon, and 1 hour from Bordeaux and its vineyards.
Numerous cycle paths allow you to criss-cross Biscarosse and its Great Lakes region and thus access the splendid beaches.

Une semaine ensoleillée, dans une villa conforme à l annonce. Piscine suffisamment grande, sécurisée et ensoleillée. Villa parfaitement équipée, chambres et sdb très agréables. Les 2 chambres du bas isolées permettent a 2 familles d avoir leur quartier. Environnement très agréable, plage privée sur le lac, plages océan plus sportives, la dune du Pyla a 15mn. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et réactifs. Nous recommandons vivement.

Excellente semaine à Biscarosse dans cette agréable maison très fonctionnelle au milieu des pins. Les photos ne lui rendent pas suffisamment justice, c’est mieux en vrai ! Petites plages du lac à 10 min à pied après une jolie balade, pour le reste il vaut mieux circuler en voiture car en vélo le dénivelé n’est pas à la portée de tout le monde 😊 Ce sera la seule micro déception du séjour, qui n’a rien à voir avec la maison ou les hôtes : nous avions loué des vélos pour tous mais avons choisi de les rendre assez vite car rejoindre les rives du lac ou Biscarosse est un poil sportif, donc à voir selon les goûts et aptitudes de chacun. La maison est idéalement située, l’océan est à quelques kms, le lac magnifique encore plus près, de nombreuses activités possibles, sportives ou non. Ski nautique, surf, balades… et la région splendide. Taille parfaite pour nous, nous étions 8 sur 5 chambres doubles (1 triple), la maison est grande c’était parfait. On a adoré, Jean Baptiste et sa femme sont adorables et hyper réactifs. A refaire !

Coucher de soleil au milieu des pins, calme absolu dans une maison tellement agréable à vivre qu'on a envie d'y rester !! On a tout ce dont on a besoin et plus encore !! Et l'accueil est très chaleureux !! Super vacances.
