The apartment is on the first floor with a terrace and a free parking space in front of the terrace in the residence. (Small sea view and garden view)

It is ideally located between the beaches, the coastal path, the bucolic park of Canet, the port, the city. Without any logistical inconvenience from your accommodation, you can do everything on foot.

There is a small room with 1 bed in 140cm
A 140cm BZ sofa bed in the main room
The bathroom comprises: a sink, a toilet and a 70x70cm shower
Cleaning: You will have to leave the accommodation clean (the equipment is available in the accommodation) or plan a 60€ intervention to be paid when you hand over the keys.
Linen is not provided.
You can bring your own personal sheets and towels.
A linen rental service can be offered.
