Some memories to collect
A nice big sofa with a large dining table made our mornings and evenings. The kitchen was also well equipped so we had been cooking every day. Outside you have some space and tools to play badminton and the kids liked it a lot. The distance of 2km that we had to cross to reach the beach was also an adventure in a positive meaning. The beach itself was nice and quiet, still we've been visiting the location at the end of april so I've no clue how it looks in the high season/ summer.
No toilet upstairs, no airconditioning and the dull kitchen knives had been the only min I can think of.

I would stay somewhere else.
The property was spacious and relatively new. The beds are firm and comfortable. The surroundings are well very maintained and pleasant.
It would have made my stay more enjoyable if there was air conditioning, since the windows are not widely opening. You just can’t get enough fresh and cooler air. It is getting really hot and stuffy very fast, anytime the sun is shining. The bedroom windows don’t have thick blinds, which may result in an early wake up, if you are light sensitive. There is little closet space, for sure not enough for six people. The is one bathroom located downstairs, which may be a problem if you or your kids are waking up during the night to use the toilet, especially that the stairs are spiral and you must be careful while descending. And, finally, I found several insects on the main floor. This requires attention.
