All new, clean and comfortable. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood, beach close by.
Pets are allowed at this accomodation, so we booked it. But the owner was a bit shocked that the dogs were medium sized (and one is a bit chubby). He expected two tiny dogs. Perhaps you do the owner a favor to avoid this one when you are traveling with big dogs.

booking.com is misleading the description of parking options. Forget about the chance to park in front of the facility in the peak season! The owner was cool & very helpful. However, if you don’t speak Italian, the communication will be a bit challenging we didn’t like the breakfast restaurant at all. very limited selections
