Great location, with local pubs, restaurants and walks on the doorstep. The cottage was in sand the beds were very comfortable. It was well equipped and has a beautiful garden too. Great place to stay with a dog.

The cottage was perfect for what we wanted.It was warm, comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. The views were amazing, and the garden was fab! There were cookies and shortbread up on arrival which was lovely too. Thank you for everything 😊

The location was perfect. A lovely little town/village 25/30 mins from coast. Comfy twin beds and good storage in both bedrooms.

The bathroom was a let down. The shower needs replacing, it’s old and looks tired. The shower flex was black and needed a good scrub. The kitchen floor and living room floor were dirty and again needed a really good clean. There weren’t enough towels provided for a week for a family of four. Didn’t want to start washing on my weeks holiday but had to. No dryer or fixed washing line/rotary. Had to use a piece of rope that was under the sink and make one. No posts or anything so had to tie it to a fence post. Again not what i wanted to be faffing with whilst on holiday. We overheard the neighbours complaining about the outdoor fire being used on our third night, they didn’t sound happy. We felt reluctant to use it after that. We went to Bamber beach and had a bbq and our own lovely little fire. Amazing sunset and no complaining neighbours!! Aware that we stayed peak summer, payed over £1000 for the week but was expecting a little more in regards to cleaning standards and to be able to use the outside space without complaints from neighbours.
