Unterkunft, Ausstattung und Lage sind wirklich sehr gut .
Die Firma Favorent ist eine Katastrophe in der Betreuung. Nachdem man den Code für die Schlüssel bekommen hat, reagiert die Firma und ihr Personal mit völliger Ignoranz. Ich denke, wenn man keine Information in der Wohnung vorfindet, wie man an den Schlüssel der verschlossenen Hausmülltonne kommt, ist es legitim per Mail oder SMS Favorent anzufragen. Jedoch keine Reaktion. Nach einem Telefonat mit einer Mitarbeiterin dieser Firma wurde mir geraten, doch alles in die Plastemülltonne zu werfen. Sie wollte sich beim Reinigungsteam erkundigen. Mein Angebot, sich meine Kontaktdaten zu notieren, wurde abgelehnt; man werde sich rückmelden, wenn sich etwas ergibt. Auf die Antwort warte ich heute noch. Meine Nachfrage, wie mit den Kurkarten verfahren wird, erhielt ich ebenfalls keine Rückmeldung. Wir haben uns dann in der Kurverwaltung gemeldet. Diese Missstimmigkeiten zu Beginn eines Urlaubs verderben die Laune total. Ich hatte bei den Rezessionen anderer Urlauber vor uns schon ähnliche Probleme gelesen.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage
Wir haben keine Kurkarten bekommen, es könnte mal neue Gläser geben, und die drei Treppen waren unangenehm.
