The bed was extremely comfortable I booked the hotel as I was attending Béthune Retro festival Staff very nice

I had to ring to get door open late at night and as my mobile is from uk it costs a little bit; No kettle in the room to make coffee; Room was expensive; waiting to hear if can be cheaper for next year for Béthune 2026!

Great for an overnight stop travelling through France. Gated car park with no height restriction. Family room was great.

Very clean hotel. Good facilities including EV charging.

Bed was initially comfortable however the sheets and quilt did not fit the bed well. Breakfast was basic and was overpriced for what it was. We probably will not stay there again.

High price for such a basic hotel.

It was clean.

No hairdryer. Very very basic hotel, no reception area, just a bloke at a table in the reception area. A lot of money for such a basic hotel. For some reason we were given an accessible room. Said on Booking.com no need to book parking but when we arrived we were told it was fully booked so had to use the free parking which was actually better as their carpark was very tight. Won’t be coming back.

Quick stay after tunnel transfer.

Very new Hotel with clean and comfortable room, very good for Ibis.

The parking spot is a bit hard to find, you need to drive left of the bus only entry. Do not let the signs fool you.

Room facilities were fine, otherwise very disappointing and misleading from hotel description

Only food available in restaurant was pizza or soup. As we were staying on a Sunday evening, we deliberately chose a hotel with a restaurant with full menu available every day as most other restaurants are closed on Sunday evening. Very disappointing to have a choice of 2 items “because I’m the only person working tonight”

Terrifying

It all was good

They gave us a connecting room , without telling us and in the middle of the night a inebriated person was stood over our beds , we were scared stiff by this encounter , thankfully they left our room without incident , we thought we were being robbed , or worse , it’s the worst experience iv had in the ibis chain of hotels , which we use exclusively through ( booking dot com )

The night manager made it very difficult to check in. We had booked last minute on booking.com and she kept saying that due to us turning up after midnight that meant I should have booked for the following night. The rooms are very basic, they have no extra facilities in comparison to an ibis budget.

The hotel is located just opposite the main train station and is easy to find. The staff were very pleasant and spoke good English. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable with lots of charging points for phones etc.

Room okay, limited menu but food good. Nothing around the hotel really.

Although small the room was good quality. The menu is very limited, but what we did have was very good.

I was shocked to find there was no hair dryer. I hadn’t checked because it’s always a standard item, we are well travelled and have never come across this before. Menu was either tapas, burger or fish, plus a special each day. They also only have sweet potato chips, not ordinary ones.
