We loved swimming at Marina View Towers

I did not like anything because the receptionist did not recognise my reservation number. He relocated me to Marina Tower View in wing

At Marina View Towers, a wing was noisy from the morning 🌄 all day long. Just in front of this place are working in construction.

The building stank of rancid cigarette butts Fire alarm going off 24/7, often not turned off quickly Didn’t clean the room in a month Cleaners throw dirty water out of window upstairs into our clean washing Need to buy your own toilet paper No view (the description isn’t honest) Toiletries are effectively non-existent - one small towel and one tiny hair conditioner for 2 people

wrong building name I’ve asked staff about checking in and was told they don’t of my booking I was looking for building for more than an hour and a half. I’ve booked two single beds and in the ward, one bed and mattress on the floor.

management, when checked in .. need to wait like one hour , cause the room i am suppose to get is not empty and need to wait more for another room that they just start cleaning when I arrived.. after long hour flight .. that’s too much

Too noisy for sleep.

Good stuff. Most questions and problems could be solved thanks to Ahmed. He is always available.

Strange smell, cockroaches, siren day and night (I think it because of some of tenants smoke inside). The worst thing was drilling and knocking that starts at 7am, so if you want to get a rest here - it could be difficult.

nothing is liking in this place

room is not clean and checkin is not possible because of room not clean at 8pm. they ask me to come back after 2 more hours. I got the keys after 2 hour waiting. No double bed provided after requesting. Water leakage in the shower after complaining they did not repair. I ask for blanket and pillow but they did not provide. I need to sleep without it. Very very bad service never expected.

Worst Dubai experience

Nothing to be honest. The building is not clean, the bed was stiff it feels you're sleeping on the floor. The kitchen is stainy, and the kitchen tools are like 150 years old with rust.

The staff was very bad, they don't know how to manage the property or deal with tenants. They have no ethics at all. We tried to rent a studio next to us for a friend and they treated him so bad, the manager requested extra 200$ after our friend had settled in the house. Saying he's changed his mind regarding payment.

Nice place, however, could do better with the service

I booked a day in advance knowing I was comint the next day early morning, asked to have the contact details of the person in charge and called almost more than 50 times, I waited 4 hours and in the end, received a call telling me to direct myself to a room which was not mine, but in the end became the room I stayed, was not cleaned up and it was not what i was ordered. Was supposed to be cleaned and not once was this done in the days was there. The person was kind to replace a tap which kept flooding the bath room 2 days after, and then after asking for cleaning.. The place is nice and it needs to be said that it is far from the train and buses not always on time, and it is a dormitory/industrial zone. Apart from that it is a nice appartment and all facilities were as stated.

Staff were impossible to get hold of. I waited 23 hours for a clean towel after asking repeatedly, which was wet when delivered. I also asked to store luggage on checkout but the staff didn’t answer their phone. Overall crap
